Job Description
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Follow through to completion of tasks in a timely manner with quality in mind .
● Ability to work under pressure to meet time line and working in a team .
● Basic understanding of nonfunctional software qualities like Security Testability, Maintainability, Scalability etc.
● Proactive selfstarter who takes ownership and works well independently and as part of a team .
● Experience building complex applications using objectoriented Javascript.
● Experience developing web applications built using javascript development platforms such as NodeJS, MeteorJS etc.
Requirements:
●Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant technical certificates.
● Excellent Javascript, jQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS programming skills
● Wellversed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
● Knowledge of working with JavaScript frameworks to create rich interactive content and strong design and focus on user experience
● Good problem solving, logical thinking and debugging skills.
● Experience in database design and experience at least one of the NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
● Experience integrating with serverside code to produce dynamic pages
● Experience working with version control systems such as SVN, GIT, etc
● Appreciation and interest in modern Web 2.0 technologies driving large enterprise businesses such as distributed databases and highly available web servers is a must
● Ability to write inline comments, documentation, follow the naming conventions and other coding standards for ease of understanding.
