JOB ROLE

 

To ensure that you are delivering the highest level of customer service, in taking and delivering orders from customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. To provide excellent service and pleasant experience to customers.
2. To up sell all products
3. Ensure the cleanliness of outlet at all times.

 

JOB DUTIES

 

1. Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests.
2. Maintain a high level of service and quality working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
3. To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
4. To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
5. To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners.
6. To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of rest room etc.
7. To make sure all garbage are thrown away before closing of the outlet.
8. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

1. Minimum SPM holder
2. Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Good attitude and interpersonal skills
