Job Description

To carry out daily inspection of the whole site
To liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant government authorities to achieve project objectives
Planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion within the specified time frame and of the desired quality
Monitor and follow up on the progress of works. To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.
Planning / arranging for site activities and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure smooth and effective daily operation
To propose and give suggestions for improvement of site progress, management system and other means for the company
Other assignments which are necessary and may be assigned from time to time for successful implementation of the projects
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
