Brief Overview of the Position:
Service Desk / Helpdesk
Level 1 Service Desk Tech provides first line technical support and customer service support to clients. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priority.
Job Role
- First Level IT support to Client users providing the highest IT quality,
Other Skills
- IT related (knowledge in computers, connectivity, operating systems, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Compulsory Good Communication Skills (read, write and speak English and Mandarin)
- Quick Learner
Note: Training will be provided for successful candidate from US or Malaysia site.
Qualification: Diploma in IT
Experience: Fresh Graduate
