Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and execute company-wide manpower recruitment plans
Work with Hiring Manager on recruitment requirement planning
Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness in recruitment plans and implementation
Actively utilize the internet avenues for recruitment activities
Coordinate and implement university & college recruiting initiatives
Develop networking within universities & colleges to aid in recruitment
Give presentations at universities & colleges, attend student group meetings to increase university & college awareness of the company
Organize and attend Career Fairs for recruiting and company recognition
Other roles and responsibilities as required
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources/Business Management or equivalent
2 years above in manpower recruitment related experience
Extrovert personality, excellent communication skills & willing to travel
Experience in IT and or outsourcing business an added advantage
