Job Description

– The candidate will take care of the store/shop floor operations duties:
– To provide excellent customer service and demonstrate communication skills.
– Be involved in receipt of stocks, stock replenishment and stock management
– Responsible for cash registering and card payments and balancing cash registers with
receipts.
– To maintain and upkeep store is tidy and clean at all times
– Maintain all store displays.
– Assist customers with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.
– Actively engage customers and remain attentive to customer needs / enquiries.
– Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most
current information available.
