Full-Time Sales And Marketing Executive (Junior)

Job Description:
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participations in various multiple listing services
• Handling sales phone calls and emails requirements of potential purchasers
• Serves walk-in purchasers and schedule appointment with potential purchasers and make the appropriate presentations according to their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement and promote effective sales and marketing goals and strategy for each development projects
• You will be hands-on mostly with A&P, market research, product pitching and marketing reports should you be assigned to the marketing team
• Liaise with external sales team
• Preparation of documents such as representation contracts, sales and purchase agreement etc
• You will be required to travel to local and overseas property exhibition as and when directed
• Requires extensive market research skills, excellent interpersonal skills and good follow-up on sales skills as well as after-sales service
Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree in any business studies/Marketing/ accounts field or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales and marketing related field.
• Fresh graduates or junior executives are encouraged to apply.
• Required skill : Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft and Photoshop software
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Posses own transport and willing to travel to local and overseas property events
• Meticulous, diligent and timely in all aspect of daily activities and assignments.
• Able to work independently and as a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
