Job Description
We will be running a mystery shopper exercise within the vicinity of Wilayah Persekutuan, Selangor, , Penang, Pahang, Johor, Melaka & Sabah.
This Mystery Shopping exercise must be conducted within the store operating hours of 10.30am till 9.30pm during weekdays/ weekends. Each Mystery Shopping activity would take about 10 to 30 minutes (depending on your visit time). All visits assigned MUST be conducted from 12th March 2012 onwards.
Salary: RM40

What is mystery shopping?
Brief description: Mystery Shopping is a research technique that is used to evaluate performance in customer service delivery that adheres to a standard guideline that would be briefed prior to accepting a Mystery Shopping assignment.
As a Mystery Shopper you are required to pose as a customer, perform specific tasks accordingly and observe the action/gesture. Therefore, observation and communication skills are the important skills in Mystery Shopping.
The objective of Mystery Shopping is to evaluate the level of customer service hence shoppers are requested to provide detail feedback on their experience by completing an evaluation form. Upon submission of the evaluation, the Mystery Shopper will be rewarded.
