Responsibilities

•Troubleshooting system, printer and network problems
•Diagnosing and solving hardware/software/network faults
•Replacing parts as required
•Providing support, including procedural documentation
•Basic monitoring and maintenance of computer systems
•PC build & IT Products setup
•Other roles and responsibilities as required

Requirements

•Cert / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
•Candidate with minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience will be added advantage
•Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
