Job Description

•Perform OS installations and basic computer configuration.
•Perform testing and troubleshooting on different OS environment (Window ).
•Conduct weekly and monthly audit activities.
•Understand Internet Protocol (IP) and basic networking knowledge.
•Set up new computers.
•Able to communicate well with customers.
•Responsible for the end-to-end hardware and software lifecycle management.

•Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•Required language(s): fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
•Required skill(s): pc toubleshooting, windows
•Good to have skill(s): customer service
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•Candidates must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
•Full time positions available.
