Job Description

·Provide support for a multi-user operating systems which includes performing installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting of various OS platforms
·Assist internal users to resolve technical issues relating to hardware and software, printers and IT peripheral problems
·Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues (desktops & laptops), networks and peripheral equipment problems
·Lend support to other IT related tasks as and when required
