Full-Time IPQC Engineer
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
MAJOR TASKS
– Set up of quality strategies and ensure the smooth operation of inspection activities of production lot base On quality plan.
– Ensures the effective implementations of IPQC process lot judgment and trace back system base on inspection result.
– Assist on root cause analysis for customer complaint issues.
– Propose of process quality improvement project.
– Handling of customer Monthly Sample submission.
– Assist production for improvement activities on non-conforming issues.
SUBTASKS
– Comply with company rules & regulation on security, safety and environmental
– Assist in setting up infrastructure for QMS.
– Assist in ISO9001, ISO13485 quality system audit.
– Assist in 5S implementation.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
– Degree or diploma in Engineering/Sciences.
KNOWLEDGE
– Must well know in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards.
– Must possess auditing knowledge.
– Must possess process knowledge
SKILLS
– Possess auditing skills.
– Possess leadership skills.
– Possess planning and following up skills.
