Full-Time Inside Sales Analyst

Job Description

Responsibility:
•Responsible for handling company defined customers/accounts by developing and maintaining good business relationship with assigned customers as well as internally within team/business partners
•To make contacts with customers via all available method as required to ensure defined business and activity goals are met
•Responsible for qualification of sales leads obtained from marketing campaigns, contacting potential and existing customers to define and capture the specific details to identify sales opportunity
•Work closely with account manager to insure the smooth transition of information from generated leads
•To ensure timely distribution and accurate update, qualify opportunity and follow-up to close deals and potential deals
•Enhance positive customer experience and customer satisfaction through timely response to customers’ enquiry

Requirements:
•Prefer candidate with telemarketing/sales related experience
•Candidate with prior experience in handling Australia market will be an added advantage
•Must be fluent in English. Bilingual is added advantage.
•Result oriented and flexible.
