Full-Time Helpdesk Analyst
Job Description
• Attend to customers’ enquiries from across countries.
• Process quotation for customers.
• Perform data analysis from information collected.
• Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
• Allocate resources according to the level of significant.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Ms Outlook, Excel , Words
• Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
• Required language(s): English
