Job Description
Job scope:
> Meet sales goal target while offer personalized customer service skill and maintaining long lasting relationship with customer.
> Meet & greet customer in professional manner.
> As an advisor to assist customers finding the right products that meet their needs by giving makeover or product demonstration.
> Job involve suggesting products, build customer relationship through follow up calls, mailing and recruit new customer, explaining how products work & demonstrating how to use the products.
> Manage inventory and replenish inventory.
> To ensure all financial transaction are carried out in accordance with financial process and procedures and to report discrepancies or concerns.
> To be familiar with all the merchandises, prices and on-going promotion.
> Clean floors and shelves and ensure working environment kept at utmost cleanliness.
> Be available for on-going training from time to time.
> Working hour from 11am – 7pm (6 days and 1 off day)
Qualification:
> A good listener, pleasant personality and has general interest or passion about health and beauty industry.
> With or without retail experience are encourage to apply.
> To be flexible with working hours, including weekend and public holiday.
> Well groomed in appearance.
> Fresh graduate are encourage to apply (minimum SPM holder).
> Able to converse in English (mandate), Mandarin and local dialect.
> Computer literate.
> 6 months probation period.
