Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Taking down complaints of owner regarding defects and coordinate for property management related matters.
• Ensure all relevant documents are properly maintained and filed.
• To provide hands on rectification on any issues pertaining to defects.
• To provide a fast response time and to any complaint on defects.
• To undertake general repair, painting, wet works, carpentry and plumbing works.
• To ensure that all work orders are completed on time and with good quality.
• Any other assignment by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and at least 1 year working experience in any service industry
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work on irregular hours and during weekends/public holidays
• Good attitude and discipline.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru, Penang.
• Prefer male candidate.
