Full-Time Engineer – Service & Calibration
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
– To create calibration awareness
– To explore new customer
– To work with internal technical support team in achieving committed service TAT
– To ensure market coverage is being covered wide and deep, to increase market share and ultimately to achieve sales target
– To handle customers’ enquiries and technical problems with excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
– To build up good relationship with customer to enhance customer retention. Be creative in handling customer enquiries and ultimately generate more sales revenue
– To provide Pre and Post sales support
– To carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
– Min 1-2 years technical sales & support experience
– Good command of English
– Good communication and presentation skill
– Highly motivated
– Posses own transport and valid driving license (willing to travel frequently)
– Familiar with Peninsular Malaysia road map
Working Time:
8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Monday – Thursday)
8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Friday)
Working Location:
Bayan Lepas, Penang
Salary Package:
RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 + 5% Commission + EPF + Socso
