Full-Time Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:
-Support and communicate with customers from APAC countries, China, Singapore and etc
-Help customers to solve enquiries through telephone and email
-Enquiries such as membership program registration, claim, validate password/email and etc
-Process quotation for customers
-Perform data analysis from information collected
Job Requirements:
-DIPLOMA/DEGREE holder
-willing to work OT (depends on ad-hoc assignments/projects)
-at least 1 year of working experience in customer service related field
