Job Description

Responsibilities:

Able to work independently and self motivated.
Help to build up good customer relationship at site.
Provide technical support for computer hardware & software trouble shooting and networking issues.
Able to provide support through phone or on-site at client premises.
Provide sound advice to clients on suitable IT products to meet their needs.
Be able to learn and support new hardware & software systems.

Requirements:

Good knowledge in computer assembly (laptop), configuration & trouble-shooting.
Good knowledge of network.
Multi-task worker with positive attitude,can work under pressure.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary based on Service Basis
Working time flexible but need to be on call
Must be willing to work in Penang

Salary: RM40/service
