• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Assisting custoner to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Responsible for processing cash receive and payment.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
• Receving and storing the delivery of stock.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Keeping up to date with special promotion and putting up displays.
