Full-Time Associate Holiday Planner
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Hotel & Resort Reservation
- Serve customer and provide holiday information
- Tour Package arrangment
- Customer enquiry
- Hotel & Resort Booking
- Ticketing
- Planning and monitoring daily customer check in and check out to meet customer requirement
- Plan, order and monitor room & package reservation to ensure customer booking on track.
- Build customer relationship and manage customers’ issues such as delivery problems and issues, customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Must able to speak Mandrin and English
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Tourism, IATA UFTAA, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Resourceful, aggressive, hardworking, dedicated and persevering
- Able to work under tight schedule
- Experience in Toursim or Ticketing
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Required language(s): English , Malay and Mandrin
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office- word, excel
- able to travel
- provide own transport
