Job Responsibilities:

Hotel & Resort Reservation
Serve customer and provide holiday information
Tour Package arrangment
Customer enquiry
Hotel & Resort Booking
Ticketing
Planning and monitoring daily customer check in and check out to meet customer requirement
Plan, order and monitor room & package reservation to ensure customer booking on track.
Build customer relationship and manage customers’ issues such as delivery problems and issues, customer complaints.

Requirements:

Must able to speak Mandrin and English
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Tourism, IATA UFTAA, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
Resourceful, aggressive, hardworking, dedicated and persevering
Able to work under tight schedule
Experience in Toursim or Ticketing
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Required language(s): English , Malay and Mandrin
Knowledge on Microsoft Office- word, excel
able to travel
provide own transport
