Assistant Branch Supervisor at Penang by Shaklee Products (M) Sdn Bhd
Pulau Pinang , Seberang Jaya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
-Key in order, handle enquiries and complaints, track order fulfillment, and other CS related duties
-To provide excellent customer service to our customers.
-To assist Outlet Sales Manager in managing the operation of the branch.
-To achicve own sales target set by the Company.
-To ensure window displays looking clean and presentable.
-To carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company
-Daily maintenance of the shop\’s cleanliness & tidiness.
Job Requirements:
-SPM and above or diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
-Chinese Male strongly encourage to apply
-With experience in branch management, preferably in a direct selling (MLM) industry or customer service oriented environment;
-Experience in stock keeping advantageous;
-Pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills;
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
-Self-motivated and computer literate.
Work hours :
Monday- Friday : 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday) 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
Salary Range:
RM2,000 – 2,500 + EPF + SOCSO + Employee Benefits
Working Location:
Seberang Jaya,Penang
