Full-Time Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist

Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Answering phone call.
2. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
3. Monitoring and issuance:-
(i) Stationery
(ii) Uniform
(iii) Smock and ESD Shoes
(iv) Locker Key
4. In charge of all hotel room and flight booking.
5. Monitor and purchase of grocery items needed by the company.
6. To render support to the Marketing department should there be any Customer Visit or event.
7. Other task as assigned by times.

Qualifications : 

Minimum Secondary level

Skills or Experiences :

At least 1 year working experience, however Fresh-grads are welcome to apply

Other Requirements :

1. Pleasant and customer oriented.
2. Able to work independently.
3. Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications.
