Full-Time Admin + Accounts Assistant

Job Details:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify full set of accounts and other administration tasks.
- Prepare and verify payment, cheques and voucher.
- Prepare cash flow and implement credit control
- Prepare and verify daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Reviewing, compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts
- Answer incoming calls and provides routine information in response to inquiries.
- Prepare and verify financial reports and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.
- Trace and follow up payment with debtors.
- Follow up with the local and overseas suppliers and liaise with freight forwarder.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or other certificate in Accountancy or equivalent;
- Be familiar with accounting software such as UBS;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Hard working and be able to work with minimum supervision;
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
- Required Skill(s): Type documents in chinese (Invoice, E-Mails, Orders etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and able to multi-task
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

- Able to work in Bayan Bay area, Penang.
