Full-Time Account Manager

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
2. Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
3. Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost effectiveness.
4. Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, making appointments and after sales service.
5. Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects.
6. Update all sales activities in the Sales Force Automation application.
7. Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 requirements and standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Computer Studies, Business Admin or Sales Marketing.
2. Minimum one (1) year working experience in the OA industry.
3. Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales.
4. Self motivated and hardworking.
5. Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
