Full-Time Account cum Admin Clerk
Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Handle general admin duties
2. Prepare quotation, Purchase Order and invoices by daily basic
3. prepare payment for cheque & petty cash
4. prepare for payroll, EPF, Socso & PCB
5. able to handle full set of accounts with guidance
6. responsible for finance and banking related works
7. Assume any ad hoc assignment from time to time
Requirements :
1. candidate must possess at least higher secondary / STPM / A-Levels / Diploma
2. Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
3. working hours : Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm). Sat (9am – 1pm)
