Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hotel & Resort Reservation
  • Serve customer and provide holiday information
  • Tour Package arrangment
  • Customer enquiry
  • Hotel & Resort Booking
  • Ticketing
  • Planning and monitoring daily customer check in and check out to meet customer requirement
  • Plan, order and monitor room & package reservation to ensure customer booking on track.
  • Build customer relationship and manage customers’ issues such as delivery problems and issues, customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Must able to speak Mandrin and English
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Tourism, IATA UFTAA, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Resourceful, aggressive, hardworking, dedicated and persevering
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Experience in Toursim or Ticketing
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Required language(s): English , Malay and Mandrin
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office- word, excel
  • able to travel
  • provide own transport
