Full-Time SERVICE DESK ANALYST
Job Description
Responsibilities
Supporting global inbound call centre/service desk
Supporting internal users remotely via phone/email/remote & on-site support (Primary Phone)
Supporting software applications (MS Office, Windows, etc)
Supporting hardware faults & network connectivity issues
Provide customers with product and service information
Provide troubleshooting & provide solutions
Identify & escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Requirements
Diploma or Degree
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Required to work on Public Holidays & shift (rotating day/night shift)
