Part-Time Taking care of multiple apartments.
Job Description
There are few apartments I have around Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong in Penang. I am renting them out as holiday rentals (AKA homestay). The job required you to :-
1) meet & greet guests
2) check the apartment when guest is leaving.
3) upkeep the apartments.
For 1 and 2, you dont need to be onsite, just talk to the guest and orgainise your time to be onside whenever you have to. For eg, Text ( /SMS) guest a day before they suppose to check out, to ask them what time they prefer to meet the next day, so you can meet them at that time the next day, without waiting. Same thing for checking in a guest .
For 3, there will be list of phone numbers given to you, plumber, AC technician … anything you can fix, all you have to do is call to arrange someone is be fix the issue.
This is a permanent part time work, potentially turn to full time work.
RM 400 basic and RM 50 for each 1 check in and out.
