Perform normal administration duties.
Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Attend and undertake any cross functional assignments.

Answer telephone calls and email correspondence.

Provide high standards of customer service.

Update bookings and allotment online.

Ensure that all guests check in, check out, request and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Liaise with relevant personnel such as Housekeeping or Maintenance regarding room status.

Other administrative duties.


Job Requirements:

Able to work with team, under pressure or ad-hoc.
Excellent communication skill in BM/English.
At least 1 or 2 years(s) of working experiences in related field.
Self motivated with high level integrity, good working attitude, mature personality, team player and able to work under a minimum supervision.
Own transport.
Salary (negotiable).

Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification and above.

Well-groomed individual.
