Job Description for Part-Time Marketing Executive
1.Personal follow-up with potential clients
a. To manage appointment and attendance
b. To manage correspondence (both internal and external) for the client
c. To prepare reports and client list
d. To take and prepare report and where appropriate take follow-up action arising from the
minutes.
e.To liaise between management and operation team
2.To support effective communication and operation
a. Email correspondence to clients
b. Attending weekly briefings and meetings (as required) to ensure information is disseminated throughout the team.
3. To arrange and coordinate meetings, functions and events under the direction of the management team.
4. To carry out any other duties that may reasonably be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Passion for working and interacting with external parties
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- Must possess own transportation
- Must be Malaysian citizen.
- Male or Female (preferably Chinese)
Working Hour : 8am-12pm (4 hours daily) from Monday – Friday
We offer a competitive remuneration package between RM700 – RM900 which will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
