Full-Time HR & Admin Officer

Job Description

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year(s) experience in-depth exposure in the full spectrum of HR.
  3. Able to work independently and handle work pressure well.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Good command in Mandarin, English and BM.
  6. Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the full spectrum of the HR functions which includes recruitment, training & development, payroll and medical claims.
  2. To liaise with government body such as Labour Office, Immigration, EPF, Socso, JKKP & others on company related issue concerning the employees, survey and data needed.
  3. To conduct new employee induction.
  4. To be responsible for all foreign worker’s permit application/renewal, passport renewal, insurance claim and others related
