Job Description

General Technician Job description/Responsibilities:

To assist installation of IT and security system products such as CCTV, Alarm, Door Access systems, Gate Barrier Systems etc. and also to setup the programming of CCTV, telephony, intercom, alarm systems etc. on customer PC and smartphone.
To trace fault and troubleshoot IT related problems at job such as networking issues, fault finding of security system hardware issues and telephony programming problems etc.
To assist with e-Commerce store-keeping and packaging works at office.
To have own transport to be able to travel to customer site to install, troubleshoot and to support customer inquiries.

General Technician Requirements:

Must be computer literate with own transport.
Possesses a good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, self-motivated. Willing to learn.

Location at Jalan Kajang, Georgetown, Penang Island. Over 6 years in Alarm, CCTV, Door Access, Gate Barrier, Telephony and Structural Works.

Minimum Form 5. Mainly outdoor services, requires own transport. School leavers are encouraged to apply.

On Call Basis with daily wages

8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday only
