Requirements:
- Must be able to work shift duty.
- Able to work on Public Holiday.
- Rotating shift on a weekly basis. (Morning: 7AM-3PM, Afternoon: 3PM-11PM, Night: 11PM-7AM)
- Candidate must possess at least in Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
- Required skill(s): 1. Punctual 2. Responsible 3.Good communicate skill 4.Able to work in team
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:
- Performs check in, check out, room assignment, room change procedure, new room reservation ,booking and ensures all data are completely recorded in the hotel system.
- Greeting guest, answering phones, attend to guest’s inquiries, complaint, and request promptly, and courtesy.
- Record details of communication for future follow up.
- Ensure money in cashier is tally and accurate with the cahiers shift report.
- Maintains Cashier Float money.
- Handling and checking email.
- Communicate with housekeeping department.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, smooth and efficient operation of the front office counter.
- To perform any other duties as requested by the superiors.
