4) Prefer location: Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Petaling Jaya, Kajang, Klang, Shah Alam, Bukit Jalil, Kepong, Cheras, Ampang, Serdang, etc.
5) Priority for those understand mandarin.
