Job Description
– Trace and track daily shipment schedule.
– Responsible for processing pick-up requests and entering data in the system.
– Respond to and handle all daily customer service requests.
– Enter shipment data in system.
– Run sales reports, maintain and file reports.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
