Full-Time Customer Service
– Handle inbound calls to assist customer on their enquiries and complaint with utmost professionalism.
– Process transactions accurately and respond to customers request efficiently.
– Ensure organization’ service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
– SPM/Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 years of working experience in customer service field.
– Credit in English and Mathematic subjects in SPM is a MUST.
– Possess excellent communication skills in English.
– Pleasant personality and enjoy assisting and interacting with customers.
– Possess own transport.
– Open for Malaysian citizen or Malaysian Permanent Residence (PR) Only.
– Must be able to work on rotating shift.
– Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
