Job Description

Requirement

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management & others or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year (s) related working experience.
  3. Possess good communication skills, mature and independent
  4. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
  6. Preferably non-executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  7. Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Malay.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide customer service.
  2. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of daily operations for Order Processing.
  3. Generate sales documentations and provide internal support to the sales team.
  4. Monitoring and coordinating customer’s order processing and deliveries.
  5. To ensure all daily shipment schedule are properly planned.
  6. Handling administration work.
