Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management & others or equivalent.
- At least 1 year (s) related working experience.
- Possess good communication skills, mature and independent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Preferably non-executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Malay.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of daily operations for Order Processing.
- Generate sales documentations and provide internal support to the sales team.
- Monitoring and coordinating customer’s order processing and deliveries.
- To ensure all daily shipment schedule are properly planned.
- Handling administration work.
