Job Description
- Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Record information into Cargo wise one
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Proactively communicate with customer via email
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
- Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative
- Familiarity with various applications including Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in typing ( Speed and accuracy )
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to detail
