Job Scope :
Handle customer support through Inbound Call / Email / Live chats.
Manage customers’ inquiries and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally in Mandarin and English based on knowledge acquired through product and continuous improvement training.
Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.

Qualifications :
