• Establishes weekly, monthly and annual targets and develops proactive strategies to achieve company’s goals
• Managing the branch to achieve positive growth, good financial, smooth operational works and best sales services
• Actively builds the company’s profile, looking for more business development and growth. Consistently identify current needs of clients by providing good product and services solutions to clients
• Responsible to build a good image for company in order to compete with other services / recruiting company
• Actively seeking rivals information and gain market intelligence
• Maintaining a good contact with regular/ major clients and prospects to maximize sales and client’s satisfaction
• Monitor overall business operations specifically pertaining to the sales growth, administration works to ensure branch operates within compliance
• Do coaching and counselling for staffs on behavioural and performance issues in the most effectively manner
• Develop efficiently and effectively recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidate for internal staff positions
Requirements
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree / Master or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Sufficient knowledge of branch management techniques and best practises
• Ability to meet branch targets and Company goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Equipped with extensive knowledge to act as Subject Matter Expert to other team member
• Skills to prospect, make contact, negotiate, win and service new business
• People management, results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
