Urgent: Tele Sales Executive – (Bukit Mertajam)

Working Days / Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
• Saturday : 9.30am – 1.00pm (Alternative)

Salary Package:

• attractive salary starting from RM1,200 – RM2,500

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers to handle enquiries on products and services.
• Ensure all follow-up calls and call-backs are completed as requested by customers.
• Deliver correct product information and ensure prospects understand the products benefit.
• Close sale and inform customers of payment options

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Exposure to and understanding on the principals of effective telesales
• Persuasive selling skills is essential
• Prior telesales experience
• Basic computer literate
• Excellent spoken English or Chinese or BM
