Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Delivers the Häagen-Dazs Branded Customer Experience and Service Commitment to our customers.
•Delivers consistent operational excellence in accordance with Häagen-Dazs standards.
•Demonstrates the ability to understand the needs of the customer.
•Embraces teamwork with co-workers to assist in other areas of the shop when necessary.
•Displays passion for providing superior service to customers and exceeding customer expectations.
•Maintain highest standards of product quality and hygiene.
Skills required:
•Passion for customer service.
•Attention to detail.
•Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
