Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Bayan Lepas. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment and system issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and attending to field service requests. The role also involves direct communication with clients to ensure equipment is maintained at optimal functionality and operation.

 

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in industrial and manufacturing environments
• Knowledgeable in maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial equipment and systems
• Experienced in field service operations and able to work efficiently at various on-site locations
• Familiar with electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and onsite installation/service work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Capable of providing technical support with a strong customer service mindset
• Flexible and adaptable in handling technical challenges and urgent service requirements
• Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, or technical service environments is an added advantage
