Salary Native (Keigo Level): RM 5,000 to Up to RM7,000
Job Scope:
• Response to customers’ inquiries and questions based on knowledge acquired.
• Handle upset customers’ inquiries positively and professionally.
• Demonstrates effective writing skills.
• Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client • Responds to escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced advisors.
SalaryNative (Keigo Level): RM 5,000 to Up to RM7,000
+ RM 1,000 language allowance
+ Housing allowance
Term of the Contract : Renewable every year
Provided Board and Lodging : 1st week in Penang only Flight
