Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
  2. Constantly review production activities, analyse the operations data and initiate related improvement projects to improve productivity.
  3. Responsible to establish, implement and maintain preventive maintenance applicable to production to minimise any possible production downtime.
  4. Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
  5. Achieving production KPI and targets.
​工作职责：
  1. 与生产团队合作，确保产品的成本效益，高质量和及时交付。
  2. 不断审查生产活动，分析运营数据并启动相关改进项目以提高生产力。
  3. 负责建立，实施和维护适用于生产的预防性维护，以尽量减少任何可能的生产停机时间。
  4. 管理和激励生产人员提供卓越的工作。
  5. 实现生产关键绩效指标和目标。
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  2. Preferably senior executives specializing in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalents.
  3. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in any field.
  4. Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
  5. Required skills: MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, Execution and people management
  6. Highly disciplined with a positive attitide, aggressive and strong personnel commitment to work.

  2. 优选高级管理人员，专门从事制造/生产运营或等同。
  3. 必须至少拥有任何领域的文凭/学士学位/专业学位。
  4. 所需语言：英语，华语和马来文
  5. 所需技能：MS Office，MS Excel，Power Point，执行和人员管理
  6. 具有积极的态度，严谨纪律。
