Full-Time Senior Customer Service Associate
Job Description
- Experience or diploma or degree in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
- Responsible to enter data from various sources into various applications processing data and record keeping purposes.
- This role will also be a subject matter expert responsible for coaching and problem solving as well as supporting Supervisor and Team Leader delegated tasks.
- In addition to all the duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer
- Taking initiative by proactively ensuring the team meet internal & external KPIs
- Allocation of task within the team
- Utilising Continues Improvement ( CI ) tools to improve processes resulting increased productivity and efficiency
- Able to communicate at weekly and monthly basis with stakeholders
