Casting machine: 160 to 1250 ton 3 .Certificate: ISO9001-2000 and ISO/TS16949-2009 4. Product Material: ADC12, ADC10, A360, A380, A356, Zinc alloy, Zamak 3, ZL102, YL104, YL112, YL113, AIsi12Fe, AISi9Cu3 etc., 5 .The finish and Tolerances: High precision of dimension, generally equivalent to level 6~7, even can reach level 4. Good surface finish, generally equivalent to level 5~8; high strength and hardness. The strength is generally 25~30% higher than that of sand mold casting. But the elongation decrease about 70%. Stable size, good compatibility. Aluminum alloy castings can be up to 0.5mm. The smallest pore size is 0.7mm. The minimum pitch is 0.75mm. 6. Surface finish process: Powder coating/Plated/Anodize/Painting/Chrome plating/Sand blasting/Nickel plated/Chromat conversion coasted/electroplate/Galvanized etc. 7.
