Full-Time HR Generalist
Job Description
Responsible in daily HR and administrative duties which cover mostly in recruitment
Attend to walk in candidates and direct them to do the necessary such as online registration and provide them with required assessments
Preparing HR related correspondence such as appointment letter, contract renewal, increment and other related documents
Maintain employee database and regularly update the employee information such as movement, new recruit, termination and resignation timely and accurately
Preparation of monthly HR Report on headcount, employee turnover analysis, manpower movement, department activities and any ad hoc report on weekly and monthly basis
Efficiently manage and maintain proper filing system and handle HR documents confidentially
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned from time to time
