Full-Time Sales & Support Executive
Job Description
- To drive sales activities, including developing of new potential leads and follow up with existing customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Propose and present company business plans and products according to customer needs and requirements.
- To manage new and existing client accounts, including making telephone calls and face-to-face meeting on a timely basis to build good relationship and to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
- Responsible for timely collection of any outstanding payments from customers
- Ensure all sales process are handled properly and coordinate fully on both company and customers’ interest.
- Prepare relevant reports and documentation for sales activities updates.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
